IN SITU

 In Situ is a patent pending line of succulent and cacti top dressings and soil amendments that replicate the soil and geologic conditions of actual deserts around the globe.  

 By mimicking the composition of natural substrates, In Situ provides the range of minerals xeric plants find in their wild habitat. In Situ also creates the perfect porous soil texture that promotes drainage and diminishes that chance for root rot.  

 Each type of In Situ contains the most common minerals and rocks that make up a given ecosystem around the world.These minerals are broken down to specific particle sizes between 1mm - 10mm. Below is a list of ingredients for the 3 current types of In Situ. 

Chihuahua: limestone, tan decomposed granite, basalt, chert, silica sand

Karoo: quartz, red decomposed granite, red marble, expanded shale, silica sand

Atacama: Andesite, scoria (lava rock), black & white decomposed granite, basalt, silica sand
